Further research
Influential profiles are associated with the color yellow: sunshine, joy, etc. They are at the top-right of the DISCp4 color wheel and tend to be extroverted like Dominant profiles, but more people-oriented.
Influential profiles are overflowing with enthusiasm, quick to embrace new ideas and fast learners. They excel at sharing their motivation with those around them and encouraging people to follow their lead.
Influential profiles appreciate teamwork and make new contacts easily. Communicative and attentive to others, they avoid being alone. They are frequently at the center of informal discussions, for example at the coffee machine, sharing viewpoints on a variety of subjects with their coworkers.
Influential profiles excel at networking and know how to point people in the right direction to solve problems. Experts at connecting people, they frequently delegate their tasks. However, they may find it difficult to acknowledge that they sometimes need to take personal responsibility for tasks they have been assigned.
Influential profiles live for how others see them and enjoy being the center of attention. They find it hard to endure being alone or uninformed. If they are side-lined for too long, it can really get them down. Compliments motivate them, even if these concern seemingly insignificant details.
Influential profiles are easily captivated by new ideas and quickly gain new skills in any fresh area of interest. However, their initial enthusiasm can wane as soon the next novelty grabs their attention and they may leave previous tasks unfinished. For this reason, it's a good idea to assign their tasks sequentially to ensure they arrive at completion.
Influential profiles are always at the cutting edge of fashion, often equipped with the latest gadgets and dressed with care. They adjust the way they dress to the environment, ensuring that they always stand out, either with an eccentric, colorful look or the refined elegance of a haute couture suit.
