DISC is an acronym for Dominant, Influential, Steady, and Conscientious. The DISCp4 model is used to assess people’s profiles based on these four components.

A person’s profile is always distributed across the four components, with varying levels of intensity. Generally, one or two main components stand out, often adjacent to each other.

DISCp4 profiles are represented on a wheel divided into four sections corresponding to the four components. Each component has its own characteristics, and two adjacent sections share certain traits. For example, Dominant (D) and Influential (I) profiles are associated with extroverted individuals.

DISCp4 is a universal tool designed to improve communication and interpersonal skills in any professional or personal context. It will help you optimize, in particular, the following areas*:

Several sample Web and PDF reports are available on the website. They allow you to explore the available test options*. The PDF report is mainly used in coaching or training as a personal development support tool.

Team folder reports make it possible to position team members’ profiles on consolidated charts.

(*) No unpleasant surprises: one credit allows a person to take the test, and all options are already included in the credit.

From your dashboard, simply click on the “Test Assignment” menu.

You will then be able to assign tests individually or in bulk by importing an Excel file.

Access to our services is open to everyone. We do not require any accreditation to use our tools. There is no need to go through intermediaries or authorized resellers to order, schedule, or manage your sessions.
