This document illustrates the process of purchasing credits (tests) in the online store.
Martine Legrand* wants to assign the DISC test to a team of 7 people. One credit allows one person to take one test**. Martine must therefore buy 7 tests in the store.
The tests have no expiration date. If Martine plans to have other people take the test in the future, she can also opt for larger credit packs, with sliding-scale rates, and keep the unused credits for later.
(*) All personal and company names as well as dates are fictitious. They are used for illustrative purposes only.
(**) The tests have several options, and all these options are covered by one credit.

Choosing products in the online store
This manual takes the home page as its starting point.
Credits and packs are available in our online store, accessible via the "Online store" menu in the "Store" tab.
The store offers single credits or packs at sliding-scale rates. Packs containing mementos and cards are also available. The latter are particularly appreciated by trainers, who usually give them to their trainees.
To add a pack to your cart, simply select the quantity (one by default) and click on the "Add to cart" button. You can also click several times on the button to add the selected product as many times as you like.
As you click, the cart summary is updated in the right-hand column.
The summary can also be accessed from the rest of the site by clicking on the cart icon in the top right-hand corner.
Your shopping cart
To view your cart, simply click on the "View cart" button.
Tax is calculated according to the country selected.
At this stage, it is still possible to change the quantities of each item.
It may be worthwhile to choose your status (private or professional), as this can have an impact on tax calculation. You will get a second chance to choose on the payment page.
You can enter promo codes at the bottom of the shopping cart page.
Payment
To access the payment page from the shopping cart, simply click on the "Pay" button.
An initial form asks for standard client details: first name, last name, billing address, etc.
Please note that companies are required by law to specify their company identification and tax number.
If your cart contains deliverable products such as mementos, you will be asked to enter your delivery address. Packages are usually sent by Chronopost. Although optional, it is recommended you provide a telephone number for the delivery person.
Our site offers payment by credit card or PayPal. Other payment methods, such as Apple Pay, will be added at a later date.
Transactions are secure and comply with banking standards. In particular, payment data never passes through Profil 4 servers.
Selecting a payment method (credit card, PayPal) gives access to a payment page with a specific process.
During payment, our system contacts your bank and may require you to complete an authentication challenge (3D Secure). This mandatory step is different for each bank. It may necessitate a code received by SMS, a token, a password, etc.
Please note: This challenge is often a source of confusion for our clients, especially in a professional context when using a company card.
The transaction only takes a few moments. Credits are immediately added to the user's account. Deliverables are sent as quickly as possible, to the best of Profil 4's ability.
Invoices are generated automatically. They can be accessed from the order summary.
An order summary is also sent by email, with the invoice attached.
Back on her dashboard, Martine can see that she now has the 7 credits she just purchased.
Of course, the user history page lists this order.
